The Newsmax I'm picking up is different now. I'm unable to watch Rob Schmitt, Bolling, etc. Instead, they're airing programs Im not interested in.
I've tried checking all my apps and can no longer find the original Newsmax I was picking up last week.
WTH is going on?
Very sloppy rollout for a paywall implementation.
Newsmax is Fox News light.
Not directly, it comes with the package. I liked the app because I could listen to it in the car, but I am not interested in the "Plus" version if it costs extra. Everything is jacked up now, the sweet spot is gone.
My math is obviously off. They said it costs less than a Happy Meal.

The only variant of Newsmax that’s available for free is Newsmax2. Regular Newsmax is now subscription only.
It’s been that way since November 1. How did you not notice before now?

I actually noticed something was not right on the 3rd. I thought it was still available but on other apps. After checking all the apps on my TV I realized it was nowhere to be found. I just decided to ask everyone tonight what was up.
Now I know....
OAN is still around. I pay $2.50/month for it. About as close to being free as possible. You can download the app through KlowdTV.
Very little warning and a terrible roll out. Tried signing up but could not receive it on Samsung TVs with Roku.
Why in the hell would you pay $100.00 a year when $5.00 a month is only $60.00 WTH??
All the cord cutters are finding out that the business of entertainment will not lose money. The internet alone will soon cost what cable and internet cost. It’s natural to happen.
After all these years of bashing the DC politicians for being greedy, NEWSMAX clambers aboard the gravy train.
It calls into question whether their broadcasts over the years was just lip service, whether every time they bashed the swamp for greed they were just talking to move the air around, waiting for the day to cash in their chips. Did I waste all those hours watching NEWSMAX?
The search for honest, decent news broadcasts continues. I’m not paying for something I can get for free.
I thought that was Fox.
