A group of Senate Republicans have released their proposal to overhaul border policies from security to parole and asylum changes.

The group, made up of Sens. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), Tom Cotton (R-Okla.) and James Lankford (R-Okla.), has been meeting for weeks to try and put forth a border proposal with significant policy changes, not just additional funding for Border Patrol.

We wouldn’t be having this problem if they had built the wall like Trump wanted them to.

Or at least would be much smaller. But there's still the problem of Democrats completely ignoring the law.

If its bundled with Ukraine funding, and if the House stands firm on single issue funding bills, its DOA. And its meaningless as long as the Executive branch flouts the existing law. But at least its nice to know they're paying enough attention to one of the big concerns of the constituencies they pretend to represent.

I can not agree more with your statements!

I would agree if you meant to say: “We would be having this problem if the duly-elected President Trump was in the Oval Office.”

The problem is Biden and the democrat party truly believes the illegals have a right to enter this country and they will do anything to facilitate that. Even if it took digging a tunnel under the wall or building bridges over the wall. For example, Biden has directed border patrol to cut the razor wire emplaced by Texas and to use forklifts to raise the razor wire allowing passage for the illegals.
