If you enter the words "Biden gaffes" into Google today, and select "news", the first 2 search results from Google are articles about (supposed) gaffes made by TRUMP.... (one of which was the trivially mistaking Sioux Falls for Sioux City)
This is deliberate and intentional. google has been manipulating searches for years.
They will do the same thing but on a much larger scale with their AI.
I’m shocked.
Confirmed.
Shocked, I tell ya.

The articles are from Associated Press and CNN fake news, left wing propaganda. But they don’t have 116 videos of Trump gaffes, but we have 116 videos of Biden looking like a moron, and there are more every day (unless he calls a lid)

That’s why I have never used Google. I use Quant and StartPage.
Dam*Ned autocorrect. Should be Qwant.
Soon we will find out that Google is attempting social engineering on a scale that will surprise everybody. They own several Senators. They do this by manipulating page rank the weeks before an election. Senator Mike Lee narrowly won re-election in 2022. Even though he had no serious democratic opponent. This was payback for pushing through legislation for the H1B visa program. They just page rank negative information about the candidate to page 2, 3, 4 and so forth. It is so easy for them to do this. It costs them almost nothing.
I’ve been Duck Duck Going all my searches for years. I’ve not detected any such bias in their results.
These search engines are mostly worthless. They are either not producing results or the feds have really scrubbed the net.
Bttt.

DDG used to be pretty straight but they have slowly drifted to the dark side for awhile.

Ditto on Qwant. Only search I use.
Duckduckgo has gone to the dark side recently.
I have noticed many topics that are hard to search. I was trying to find out about the political resistance inside Iran and found it’s being censored or little is known. I did manage to find out that there is little support for a war with Israel and, IMO, the Ayatollah may not have total faith in their military.
Google distorts everything. For instance, all their search returns on the Second Amendment is to left wing sites that promote the position that the Second applies only to the military. When you search for news on any subject, all the responses are from left-wing news sites such as CNN and NYTs.
Also, yesterday I typed in Kroger since I wanted to download some digital coupons. Every article returned on the first page of results was in Spanish.
What's funny is DuckDuckGo lists Trump gaffes in three of its first 10 search results for "Biden gaffes", while Qwant doesn't list one for Trump until its 18th search result.
They’re not a search engine, they’re a propaganda engine. They don’t show what you’re seeking, they show what they want you to see.
Go underground with Tor browser on a linux box.
Google has an 88% market share when it comes to online searches. Second-place Bing has only a 7% share.
It would seem to me that Google is at least a near monopoly, and should be broken up.
