As long as I can remember, it’s always been tough to serve deviled eggs for special family get-togethers, because the fancy antique glass deviled egg platter is always missing a handful of the eggs. It is better to hide them, or make more than will fill the dish, so they can be replenished just before the prayer. :^)
They are always the most popular dish!
Best to make twice as many! Or even thrice!................
