cotton - Re: kittens - sometimes God makes the decision easy for us. Fortunately you have mama n kits and not some irresponsible person. Similar to Christian teaching that when the student is ready, a teacher will be sent
Just had a cup of my tomato soup. Never make it the same twice. I had heavy cream n veggie broth to use. Lunch was egg salad on Oat-nut bread with honey mustard and pepper Jack cheese. I’ve gained a bit of weight back.
Excited got my Baker Seed Heirloom seeds catalog!!! Diana are you familiar with them? They are out of Mansfield, Mo.
Looking into Earth Boxes also
Judy re: Natalie. Is she on any anti-depressants or psychotic meds? Did she get the vax? I’m asking because this combination is what turned my gentle mild (even though lib) housemate/ charge into a unrecognizable individual. She would fly off the handle n the morning I left I was so frightened, she was screaming n throwing dishes n glasses around the condo. The cats were scared big time. A day later she disposed of all my things. Every . Single. Thing
I did some research and found this was not uncommon. Her drinking n pot no doubt made it worse. I don’t have any fix it idea but it’s often helpful to know the cause

Reporters appearing on @MSNBC should have to answer for that cable outlet’s incredible and radical activism. The NBC Board must be held accountable for MSNBC’s actions.
It isn’t a news organization.
It actively works for the Ruling Party non-stop. It is completely controlled by the Democrats.
What they say about Trump is fomenting violence against him.
@clairecmc is shamelessly and purposefully saying Trump is like Hitler. This will cause someone to try and kill him.
Someone tell her to stop.
@AliVelshi too.
It’s reprehensible. It’s dishonest. It’s unAmerican.

Hi Dolly....
No, no vax. Not even childhood ones.
She’s taking something to keep the anxiety down, as she did herself some serious damage. Her doctor is saying she sounds ocd (not the hand-washing variety) and so she tends to worry and not like it when things are beyond her control when they so deeply effect her life. She spent hours every day when she first heard of the WEF and she knew every plan they had and every move they made. She saw it seep into their banking, etc. They are farmers. They raise meat. She saw they had a big target on them. She’d read about the evil plans of the WEF (think Dutch farmers) and felt helpless and hopeless. It was hard to console her or argue, because she wasn’t wrong. They only have a small mortgage remaining on a $2M farm.....but if the evil WEF operative, Trudeau, gets his way and they shut down meat production, not only would they lose their livelihood, but their farm isn’t worth near what it is now.
She ruminated and researched every day and it scared her more and more. She ran for office hoping to be in a position to change things, but found herself surrounded by woke people. She wasn’t in the position to argue with anyone, her strength had been tapped. She crashed and resigned. Then she developed irrational fears, and it’s been a struggle ever since. When she’s good, she’s my same old funny, happy Natalie. But when she isn’t, it’s scary.
Sorry for rambling. The medication she’s on just seems to bring her down a notch or two. Her doctor says she can wean herself off once she’s got the compulsive reactions to issues under control.

Oh, very much so! I always grow their ‘Scarlet’ Kale. If you’re into Heirloom/Open-pollinated varieties, they’ve got an amazing selection of seeds.
Ellendra is a big Baker Creek (rareseeds.org) fan as well.
Of course, since I worked for them for close to a DECADE, The Seed Savers Exchange http://www.seesavers.org will always have a special place in my heart. I’ve grown just about everything they’ve offered; my home garden was a ‘test garden’ for varieties they wanted to introduce in their catalog when we had our store in Madison, WI which later moved back to their farm in Decorah, Iowa. I was offered a job there, but my kids were in High School and it wasn’t fair to them to uproot them and move to Iowa.
Anyhow, I had a great time setting up their ‘Visitors Center’ and store at the farm in Decorah, IA back in the day. Lillian Goldman (of the Goldman/Sacs Goldmans!) gave us $100K in her will! *SQUEAL* Her daughter Amy (Goldman) Fowler is also a big gardener and has published some very SUMPTUOUS books on various varieties.
