I have never heard of kapusta. What is it?
I am going to be gone this afternoon to my great-granddaughters 9th birthday party.

Kapusta is Polish? I think. Roasting pan...add olive oil, a jar of sauerkraut, chunks of potato, carrots, onion, toss it altogether, top with delicious juicy sausages, roast for a couple of hours.
