Lovely breakfast! I know, I’m having it a bit late. I do love breakfast foods, just not in the morning.
It’s an awful thing to just have room for one dessert at Thanksgiving. So I’ve been practicing making mini pies and muffin tins. We have a pecan that is pretty good, especially for how easy it was. Now I’m practicing with a sugar cookie crust for an apple pie. My goal was to make it nice and crunchy but then I realized the whole thing would fall apart with the first bite. So back to the drawing board.
