On the Sweet Potato Casserol is it actually Sweet Potatoes or is it Yams?
I know some people and Walmart, call Yams, Sweet Potatoes, but their is a difference. Sweet Potatoes have yellow skin and yellow inside. Yams have orangish skin and orange inside.
The Recipe calls for sweet potatoes but I think yams would work. To me once you put in the brown sugar, the marshmallows, the butter and the cinnamon it really won’t taste a whole lot different - at least not to me
