And that was threatening to Russian security how? Thats another BS argument. We are in a lot of countries, and 'we' can mean anyone. Business, government, tourists...That does not warrant Russia invading. 'We' are in Finland, 'we' are in Norway, 'we' are in Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland. Is Russia justified to invade all these nations as well? They have certainly threatened such.

Why not stop pretending why Russia invaded Ukraine. Ukraine, which was for a time under the Soviet block thumb, is resource rich and has access to the Med through the Turkish straights. Its entirely a power move by Putin to restore an empire that is best left in the ashes.

My point was our CIA invaded Ukraine as well. Except they did it over 20+ years, reinforcing it as a capital of corrupt money laundering for our Deep State and pols, among others.
