Thats funny. Other sources easily obtained say the Verkhovna Rada voted on February 22, 2014 to “remove Viktor Yanukovych from the post of president of Ukraine” on the grounds that he had withdrawn from fulfilling his constitutional duties. I dont see CIA mentioned there.
It occurred before Yanukovych left the Presidency and de-legitimized the Maidan movement and it's collaborators both in and out of Government.
