I would contend that the very nature of compulsory education laws means that nothing is off the table when it comes to what happens in the “normal course of duties” in a public school.

And I wouldn’t be opposed to the idea that people employed by the taxpayers should forfeit the right to sue their employer entirely.

SOMEONE SHOW US ALL THE PARTS OF WORKMEN’S COMP INSURANCE POLICIES THAT DETAIL BEING SHOT BY A 6 YEAR OLD WHEN YOU ARE TEACHING IS COVERED.

The school board is wrong on this.

THEY REFUSED TO CHECK THE CONTENTS OF THE KID’S BACKPACK OR OTHER CARRYALL.

HE ALREADY HAD A HISTORY OF VERY BAD BEHAVIOR.
