You’re just stuck on your narrative, aren’t you?

“Literally NO ONE has said that the Covid-19 mRNA based vaccines use CRISPR.”

Here’s the National Institute of Health paper that explicitly explains that the Covid shot >> IS << CRISPR technology:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8979261/

Here’s TIME Magazine from January 11, 2021 explaining how the COVID mRNA based shot (not a vaccine) employs CRISPR:

https://time.com/5927342/mrna-covid-vaccine/

Here’s a video from the University of Colorado explaining the connection between CRISPR and mRNA and the Covid shot for you:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UtQkoW8yQ4A

Here’s a video from MIT explaining the connection between CRISPR and mRNA and the Covid shot for you:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NMwv73U0oyM

Another scientific paper explains the link for you:

https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1319562X21009001

Stanford University explains the link for you:

https://www.fiercebiotech.com/research/stanford-team-deploys-crispr-gene-editing-to-fight-covid-19

Moderna shares their CRISPR and Covid tech with the Boston Globe:

https://www.bostonglobe.com/2023/02/22/business/moderna-expands-crispr-gene-editing-research-with-elevatebio-partnership/

But who cares about the NIH, Stanford University, MIT, and etc.? They’re ‘no one’ right?

Did you actually read any of the articles or watch the videos that you linked? Or did you get those links from antivax blogs and just posted them here as "proof" of the false things you keep saying?

Okay, here is the analysis.

1-Immunotherapy and CRISPR Cas Systems: Potential Cure of COVID-19?

Nowhere in this paper does it claim that the vaccine is CRISPR technology. This paper talks about the various vaccines available against Covid and their efficacies. Later, the authors propose various hypotheses about how CRISPR technology could be used to make antivirus therapeutics. The paper did not say anywhere that CRISPR is actually used in humans or that it is anything other than a research tool which could have therapeutic potential. A therapeutic is not a vaccine.

Also, this paper is not a "National Institute of Health" paper. It was written by Chinese researchers at a Chinese hospital and at a Chinese medical university. The reason "nih" is part of the website name is because the NIH maintains a database of ALL scientific articles published in reputable medical and scientific journals all over the world. The fact that a paper is cataloged in the NIH database PubMed does not mean that the NIH or the US government had anything to do with the research described in the paper.

mRNA Technology Gave Us the First COVID-19 Vaccines. It Could Also Upend the Drug Industry.

The author of this article explained that he became a clinical trial participant in a vaccine trial because of his interest in the CRISPR technology. He sees mRNA technologies as game-changers. He did not say anywhere that CRISPR technology had anything to do with mRNA vaccine development or that CRISPR elements are included in the vaccine.

"The Magic of RNA: From CRISPR to Coronavirus Vaccines." presented by Tom Cech.

In this seminar, Nobel laureate Tom Cech discusses in detail how the CRISPR-Cas system works. He then goes on to talk about the vaccine and how it works. There is nothing in this talk that indicates that any component of CRISPR is contained in vaccines or was used in vaccine development.

As I have already explained, just because CRISPR and vaccines use mRNA does NOT mean they have anything to do with each other. That's like concluding that antifreeze contains cooking oil because they are both packaged in plastic bottles.

CRISPR and Covid-19

In this video, two PhD scientists from MIT describe how they used CRISPR technology to develope a kit to diagnose Covid. They do not talk about vaccines at all.

A review of COVID-19: Treatment strategies and CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology approaches to the coronavirus disease.

Once again, the discussion of CRISPR in this paper is related to its potential use in diagnostics and therapeutics for Covid. They also mention vaccines. Nowhere do they make a claim that CRISPR has anything to do with the mRNA vaccines.

Stanford team deploys CRISPR gene editing to fight COVID-19.

This paper describes the development of a therapeutic antiviral drug based on CRISPR. It does not mention vaccines at all.

Moderna expands CRISPR gene editing research with ElevateBio partnership.

This news article tells us that now that Moderna has been successful with its mRNA Covid vaccine, they plan to adapt the mRNA technology for use with CRISPR. Once again, there is no claim anywhere that CRISPR was employed in the development of mRNA vaccines or that elements of the CRISPR system are contained in the vaccine.

Instead of repeatedly embarrassing yourself by posting links that do not prove what you keep saying, why don't you read or watch the contents of the links for yourself? And try to actually understand them sufficiently to determine whether they really say what you keep claiming they say? Only AFTER you verify for yourself that the articles or videos prove what you keep saying should you feel confident enough to post them.

Once again: just because the CRISPR system uses mRNA and the vaccine uses mRNA does NOT NOT NOT mean that CRISPR and the vaccine are in any way linked to each other. And it certainly does not mean that the vaccine can edit DNA. That is like saying that the fact that War and Peace is printed on paper and crossword puzzles are printed on paper proves that War and Peace was written by solving crossword puzzles.

Ok....
I said the mRNA injection manipulates the process of protein synthesis from the gene..the process....not the gene...so , of course, the host DNA is not going to be used...
The mRNA in the vaccine is stabilized by adding long chains of adenine (poly-A tail)...the shorter the tail is the more susceptible the mRNA is to degradation. Note: the mRNA does not USE the protein making machinery...rather the protein making machinery USES the mRNA...pardon me for that semantic clarification...

Regarding the activity of the retrotansposon system...researchers at the University of Lund demonstrated that vaccine mRNA can be converted into short snippets of DNA...IN huh+ human liver cells. In vitro...of course... that’s where most discoveries are made..in vitro. Hopefully some curious scientist will check a living vaccinated persons liver cells for DNA snippets complementary to the mRNA from the vaccine. Fat chance, as long as the general statement is still that vaccine mRNA doesn’t get incorporated into host DNA in the chromosome.
Zhang et al has demonstrated that COVID virus RNA can be inserted into cell DNA/genome. Of course, in the lab. Reported in PNAS.

MicroRNA does not attach to genome DNA....it binds to mRNA transcripts. It “silences” the gene by interfering the mRNAs translation. It doesn’t need the exact complementary sequence of the mRNA transcript. It might need only 6-8 bases to bind to the mRNA and suppress translation.

I did not say the drug manufacturer tried to manipulate the genome. I said they manipulated the genetic MACHINERY.

In terms of making an old school vaccine...your solution is that it is faster to make mRNA rather than grow the virus and kill it. Both steps involved growing a virus. mRNA tech requires synthesis of a new mRNA to reflect the new genetic sequence of the spike protein. Then you completely overlook the testing of the new mRNA Product. Citing it’s speed in being able to make mRNA versus old school.recombinant technology....I am sure they can ramp up old school technology to get their product ready for testing.
Just because some technique is “faster” doesn’t mean it’s better or safer. It still must be tested in a time consuming fashion. Sometimes with drugs a simple lack of a double bond or opposite chirality of a molecule can change the activity of the drug. Dextrothyroxine vs levothyroxine or quinine and quinidine are examples of chirality changes. Amitriptyline vs cyclobenzaprine differ only by a double bond.
I believe most people trust the pharmaceutical companies basic explanation of the biological issues of the vaccines. Like every drug company they explain their products efficacy in terms of it mechanism of action. They do not explain the potential activity of their product in a complex biological system. Mandating such a products use is criminal.
As I said...no need to mess with genetic based protein synthesis in a human. I know they are using the technology is certain diseases. But it is usually used for patients who would be dying soon. Not used to “decrease” infection rate in healthy people who would normally survive the virus.
