I actually find that quite believable.
Trump is under assault from every side. He is an existential threat to the administrative state.
The Republicans and democrats don’t want to be investigated for all the bribes they take that’s why they hate,fear Trump. I think that’s why Jordan wasn’t elected speaker they all fear honesty.
I’m not the least bit surprised.
A former president who’s had an election stolen from him, is immensely popular with GOP voters while facing relentless persecution/prosecution, is publicly defended and supported by no more than 5% of Republican congress critters.
I emailed my own congressman asking when the Republican Party is going to step up and come to the defense of PDJT.
About six weeks later I received his reply, which was nothing more than a detailed listing of the allegations, charges and indictments facing Trump (as if I weren’t aware of them), followed by a polite “thank you” for contacting his office.
I’m hoping he gets primaried.
