Check out the supplement Berberine. My wife found out about it through Robert Malone’s newsletter. She dropped her overall cholesterol by 40 points in 90 days. Big Pharma doesn’t appreciate the competition and have made several attempts to restrict it’s sale.
I take both a statin and berberine supplement. The berberine is there more for its effect on serum glucose then LDL but if it does that too, great.
