There are a lot of people here who think courts exist to make everything right regardless of circumstance.

I believe it is due to the fact that the sorority's “definition” of female was vague, so he qualified.

Back in the stone age (1900s), we didn't need to define what a woman is. It was obvious.

This was a correct ruling. The remedy is for sororities to change their bylaws.
