I think Biden fell off the bike because, he expected someone to grab it. He made no move to put his feet down when the momentum stopped. Watch it, like a kid who knows how do drive, but not how to park.

There is a video somewhere that points out that Biden goes off course on that bike ride because he saw a CHILD where it wasn’t planned for him to stop. Nobody was there to catch him and he didn’t remember that he needed to put his foot down.
