@ggreenwald
On Monday night, Tucker Carlson argued that while all decent people view Hamas' massacre of civilians with revulsion (and only the most marginalized people have praised it), this is not an American war, but an Israeli war.
Ben Shapiro responded here to that argument

no just false representations therof...
bye bye...
But, unlike Ukraine, there is a strategic interest in providing weapons and ammo to Israel.
Israel is more than capable of exterminating the Hamas without our direct involvement.
It isn’t an american war... but make no mistake, Hamas will happily do the same here if they can...
Fundamentalist Islam is not a COUNTRY...
Tucker’s interview with Trump on August 23rd has 266.4 million views on X. Few, if any, in the media have that kind of reach.
We'd have the money, weapons and ammo to do that if we hadn't wasted on a foolish proxy war in Ukraine.
Unlike you, Tucker is driven by a sense of right and wrong.
He didn’t condemn Hamas or Iran in the video. And he whined about farcical escalation and nuclear war from Israel’s response.
Much of the time he has his finger is in the wind for what is trending now. If he has to, he will explain away tomorrow what he said today.
I should have known you were a butt Humper
No wonder you’re a coward probably have buddies in the military afraid to fight
You have no way of knowing that.
Israel is not responsible for Americans dying.
We should take care of our own. If not then there’s no reason to exist
Your transfag buddies in the military are afraid to fight ragheads aren’t they?
Ben often annoys me, but he is entirely correct about this.
Our government not only has diplomatic relations, but is allies with, numerous countries which are Islamic majorities by design (Saudi Arabia chief among them).
Are we going to engage in a holy war against Islam? If so, which sect: Shia, Sunni, or does it not matter?
For that matter, which religion would we be crusading on behalf of? The Catholics? The Orthodox? The Protestants? The Jews? Or just non-Muslims in general?
Because in that case, we have Muslims here at home who might have a word with you about that...and then the strength of our “freedom of religion” would truly be put to the test.
Don’t get me wrong, I believe Islam professes evil doctrine and evil morals; however, when our country — as a foundational Constitutional principle — does not differentiate between one religion or another (in fact, religious tests are forbidden outright by Article 6), how is it in the country’s national interest to be in a state of war against the adherents of one *specific* religion without coming across as incoherent?
Neither one has a Christian worldview. So nowhere of thier opinions are valid.
Remember what Teddy Roosevelt did in 1904?
Why did the US invade Morocco in 1904?
Ion Perdicaris, a Greek-American citizen, and his stepson are kidnapped by a Moroccan brigand, Ahmed ibn-Muhammed Raisuli, in Tangier, Morocco. Raisuli demands ransom payments and political influence in exchange for Perdicaris’ safe return. President Roosevelt orders a naval squadron to Morocco.
Tucker sounds just like Charles Lindbergh did in 1940.
I believe Tucker is a crank who likes to flatter himself.
Yes, if you don’t support Israel, keep your nose out of their business and don’t tell them what to do.
