---Off topic but has anyone heard about this? I was buying ammo, legally k& W/ all of the proper credentials that a LAW-ABIDING CITIZEN would have & use. For the 1st time ever they scanned my FIOD Card & then entered into the computer .223 ammo, 7.62x39 ammo, .40cal ammo & just for shots & gigs I bought a blow dart gun….. looking ahead. I put up a stink & was told the Gov. & ISP will get a copy of the bullet purchase & go to the address on the FOID Card & ask why am I buying icky assault ammo for 2 different guns that I haven’t registered???? Isn’t this illegal? NRA, Guns Save Life etc. help me understand how this is legal?? Sounds like an end around probable cause & that pesky Constitution I believe the 4th amendment??? WTF I was able to blow through the line because the people & folk were just crotching the ammo & walking out. You know what I think???? I don’t think they have an Il. FOID Card. Oh NRA help the peasants please, our Gov. Is lubing up for the as@ rape!!! I got to put my folks in the ground & I am outa this crappy state.

Pretty neat how they can check your FOID card and cross-reference to the calibers of ammo you purchase, huh? What a heap of crap Illinois has become.
