I don’t recall his actions being a “protest”. I recall him being horribly verbally abusive to a young employee who was just doing her job at a Chick-fil-A drive-thru window. Is he still proud of his actions?
Correct. The young employee could not change company policy either way, so a rant at her was useless.
He, as a CFO, could have written a letter to the Chick-fil-a boss, or made a public statement. But he berated someone who had no power.
