I see a “new” hint of blond that wasn’t there before.
The comb-over seems rather long-ish and the hair involved appears less desiccated than before.
I’m going with “someone not Joe” here.
Joe may have been napping in another compartment but this is a national security issue when someone other than the actual person sworn in as POTUS is speaking to foreign dignitaries.
I may need to contact my US Rep with a concern of national security.
I have other circumstantial evidence that Joe was not there.
President Trump should call out this stage craft that is going on in the Biden regime. It’s even becoming obvious to the normies lately. If Trump called it out maybe they would feel obliged to provide answers. After hearing from Mike Flynn yesterday it looks like he was wearing a mask also. All the worlds a stage and everybody is a player.
