I used creatine monohydrate supplements during my bodybuilding years (From my thirties into my fifties). Great stuff for building lean muscle mass.
You get it naturally in red meat, eggs etc. All the stuff my doctor back then told me to avoid. Benefits and where to find it in foods
A trainer at Planet Fitness told me that Creatine was actually developed for geriatric use, to help the elderly maintain muscle mass. I use it and I have noted that it has a positive affect on mental outlook too. I will continue to take it.
-—building lean muscle mass? I think I missed all the cool stuff. My body building regimen when I was in high school was loading boxcars with 100 pound sacks of spuds-—by myself. JR Simplot loved me. When I flex a forearm my Quack shuts his piehole about diet and especially salt. I tell him his job is to outlive me but he’s a pudge so that’s coming into question?
