Because of our bill the administration already has pre-existing authority to provide substantial defense aid without any new congressional action.

I think this is why Biden is being so quite on Israel. He was going to divert this money to Ukraine. Remember the big speech he was going to give about going around Congress? to secure Ukraine funding? The Biden regime is up to something. It probably illegal but they shown they will simply make up the rules and challenge the Courts to slap them down
