The reason military aid to Israel will not face some of the obstacles Ukraine aid has faced is because back in December of 2020 we passed my bill authorizing a minimum of $3.3 billion a year in aid for 8 years (2021-2028)
Because of our bill the administration already has pre-existing authority to provide substantial defense aid without any new congressional action.

How can you say there are not built-in incentives for needs for “substantial defense aid” to be initiated?
That’s your opinion.
Ah, that wasn't about redirecting aid meant for Israel to Ukraine.
It was about taking American munitions stored in Israel (but still belonging to America) and moving it to Ukraine.
Not that I care whether our military aid is squandered on Ukraine or Israel or Sri Lanka. It's all still squandered.
Our munitions should be protecting our borders. Our money should be reserved for us.
What do you want Brit RandFan, aid for Israel or not?
Against your opinion.
It’s my opinion. This is a website where people state their opinions or facts on a story.
“Lol”ing at your own posts makes you look like a teenage bitch.
One-year score:
$3.3 billion Israel
$6 billion Iran
$80 billion Taliban
$??? Palestinian Authority (”Martyrs Fund”)
I assume he's a U.S. taxpayer. That entitles him to a say. A greater say than any foreign nation.
Do you pay US taxes anymore?
You cam hold a position that wr shouldn’t be giving aid to anybody. I hold that posistion.
“...back in December of 2020 we passed my bill authorizing a minimum of $3.3 billion a year in aid for 8 years (2021-2028)”
Haha. I’m laughing at you and your moronic “opinion” about what Israel deserves.
I suggest you read some books on WW2 and its aftermath to learn about why America had to prop up all of Europe and Israel and why that still holds true to this day.
You posted an opinion, then faulted me for an opinion.
I am paying US and German taxes and both countries are aiding Ukraine.
I think we should all agree that if we are to keep funding Israel, which we should, they should agree to stop being so Charlie Brown wishy-washy in fighting against the Paleos.
I am a firm believer in “land for peace”. NOT, as many think, to offer the Paleos land in exchange for peace, but instead that, for *every* act of Paleo violence against Israel, land should be permanently taken away from them.
This is because, in their religion, the *only* way they can demonstrate that they are a “good Muslim” is to acquire more land, by any means. Conversely, the *worst*, most shameful thing that can happen to a Muslim is to *lose* land to a non-Muslim, especially a Jew.
Muslims have been executed for selling land to a Jew.
Of course, if Israel begins confiscating their land, even with fair market compensation, their howls of outrage will be like nothing heard from them before. And they will say anything to get the land back. Of course it would all be lies.
And this is the hard part for Israel. Because under *no* circumstances should they *ever* give that land back, because that would be a green light to more aggression.
Of course the non-Muslim international community doesn’t understand this, so would be perplexed why Israel won’t part with a “scrap of empty desert” in exchange for “peace”.
But the bottom line for Israel is their politicians must all agree to “take away land for peace”, or Israel will always be at war.
After an action like this latest, I would expect the Paleos to part with a *minimum* of a quarter of Gaza, and maybe even a third. The Israelis would build a new section of wall, and as the icing on the cake, they should bulldoze ever bit of the confiscated land. And leave it fallow.
We are broke, and a civil war may break out here soon.
“You like to nickle and dime while Israel is being terror attacked?”
I hope Israel gives all the terrorists a slow painful death on THEIR DIME. Not ours.
“You decide what another country “deserves” from the US? Lol.
I assume he’s a U.S. taxpayer. That entitles him to a say. A greater say than any foreign nation.”
come back of the day.
Do you pay US taxes anymore? Are you an American Citizen?
I hope so too.
