Cook County property owners given fake letters ordering them to surrender homes for migrant housing

Riverside police are searching for a person who has distributed letters directing residents to vacate their homes.

Several residents in the Cook County suburb have reported seeing a male suspect giving out letters claiming to be from Governor J.B. Pritzker.

The letter tells the property owner that their home has been selected to be taken over by the government as a part of the 2023 Homeless Housing Directive.

Such a letter needs to be sent to every Democrat’s house.

How anyone can read that "directive" and take it seriously is beyond me. If I were to receive one of those I would burst out laughing and toss it in the trash. I don't care how authoritarian some of our marxist governors are, not one of them would be arrogant enough to try something like this!

I know...it is over-the-top ridiculous, isn’t it? Also not that well written which is a big tip-off (he needed a real lawyer to review his draft).

But who knows? Some ultra woke Cook County lib might take it seriously and say “OK, they need my house more than me.”
