I’ve played sports since 5, and have trained since 14.
I love going for walks, especially in nature.
I don’t get eating garbage food and being sedentary.
It’s absolutely foreign to me.
I do enjoy wings or a fresh white pizza on occasion.
Good point. Maybe the answer to this study is give us another 10$ million and we will publish the names of the “dark” vs “black” teas we were talking about.
I can’t figure out what the article is talking about for sure- “dark” Green tea, black tea, oolong tea, or what? The article speaks of Hamburg, Australia, China? I assume China and green tea, but I really don’t know.
It is actually not black tea, but fermented tea and the resulting color of the tea.

Lipton has come out with Diet georgian peach tea. Which I like with a few drops of stevia to make it sweeter.
