Yup. He certainly did nothing once the Demonrats got back control of Congress in 2006 (if anything, he seemed more happy about that), and all but allowed the worst of the worst to be the standard bearer for 2008, but didn’t lift a finger to stop someone with as shady and as execrable a background as Zero from becoming President.
Add to that, had his equally imbecilic brother been the nominee in 2016, he was going to serve as the designated loser for the Butcheress of Benghazi. Had that happened, we’d be in the 6th year of a nuclear winter with Russia.
