The maniac who went on a violent rampage starting at a Whole Foods across from Bryant Park on Thursday was busted at least seven previous times, most recently in late August, law-enforcement sources said Friday.
Michael Howell, 32 — whose alleged unprovoked attack with a glass bottle caused mayhem and bloodshed during the evening rush — appeared dazed as cops led him out of Midtown Precinct South in Manhattan on Friday and into the back of a squad car to head to court for his arraignment.
The Manhattan man is charged with three counts of assault stemming from the rampage, which began outside the Whole Foods Market in Midtown across from the popular park and ended when he was nabbed after bashing a woman over the head on a train, police said.

How can the courts let people like this out? Another guy with 60 previous arrests murdered a father of 2. It’s this leniency by the courts that’s killing people and causing the rash of looting in all major cities. In most of them, the Democrat mayor is just wringing their hands yelling “Woe is me. What can I do?” Well, for one, you dumb ass, get prosecutors who want to prosecute criminals.
I do not believe the left is going to awaken from these experiences. This reporter was killed. Some of it reads like it was an honorable sacrifice and we should all be willing to be victims of crime because… because why? Where is Hillary's reprogramming camps for this everyone has to be a victim mentality?
When do the Democrats nominate his for President?
