JUST STOP!!!!

You will have 2 or 3 days of withdrawal symptoms, and they you’re done.

Quit on a Friday, when you start climbing the walls remember- it’s just a withdrawal symptom.

Drink lots of Orange juice and Xanax, and try to sleep it off, over the weekend.

By Monday you’ll be smoke free.

All those nicotine patches do is prolong the withdrawals so DON’T USE THEM.

It’s not that simple. The urge for a cig is constant, any time life is annoying it’s there. In the 90s Lou Reed gave an interview where he was talking about his clean life. He’d quit almost everything a few years before. He said of them all, heroine, coke, booze, and smokes it was the smokes that he still craved every single day.

Different things work for different people. My sister smoked from the age of 10 until 30. Nothinv worked until the patch. That was over 30 years ago.
