Attempted your link leading me to TCM intro w/Robert Osborn
intro of the movie. Then it was Osborn introducing the next entitled DAMES w/Powell. Searched thruout the net and archive.org nothing found but this clip with closed caption.

heads. D Powell’s character in The TALL TARGET was known as
