There is a lot more blame to go around here that just the officer/thief.

‘The People’s Republik of Madistan’ has the same problem with bus drivers and OT. Some are raking in 140K a year for driving a bus!

Hey, give the guy a break. He’s 56 and was just trying to Juice his High Three for retirement pay calculation.

I’m sure averaging $260k per year bumps his retirement payout up a bit from calculating with $92K per year.
