Those cops have probably given loads of tickets out for littering.

The surprise for me is that he wasn’t arrested for cursing or something.... 😂

They sure as hell don’t ticket around my neighborhood for littering!! I even bit*tched to my local 7 11 about all the trash in their lot and surrounding grass!! I told them to take their CCTV vids to the police station!! They said they tried and the cops come right out and tell them they’ve been told to not enforce littering citations... I couldn’t believe it!!!

In the USA had you talked to a cop like that you would be in jail, hospital, or dead.
British cops for the most part don’t carry guns.

I once did something similar. As I walked into a gas station bathroom, a Pennsylvania state trooper was exiting the stall. I entered the stall and saw urine all over the seat.

I looked at the cop and said “Hey. Get back here and clean off the seat.”

He sheepishly did so. What a slob.

That’s gross! Before I retired, there were a couple times I went into the Men’s room at work, went into a stall, and actually SAT in someone’s pee. Whoever did it, the lazy ass couldn’t be bothered to lift the seat before he whizzed. Wanna know the best part? There was a urinal there…

He was pretty upset with his slob fellow trooper.
