If this was a honky holding a machete...

No problem, because democrat.
If he were a black conservative, it would not have gone nearly as well for him.

How hard would it be to goad her unhinged ass into doing the same thing again before her diversion is complete and securing a criminal record because of it?

For people contemplating spending the rest of their lives in the this country (the US), please tell me again, how the country is going to survive with a ‘justice’ system operating in this way.

Don’t know the exact law here in Texas, but if you show a gun during an argument, even without touching it, you’re looking at a good 5 years. I assume that threatening and putting a machete to a person’s throat will result in a somewhat stiffer penalty.

If I was that Prof I’d be packing some heat, even if it’s not legal.

A black democrat insane professor got off with less than a wrist slap? Color me shocked! /s
Hey Merrick Garland - one more example of a two tiered legal system in the democrat hellhole police state of the former United States. What’s next a sexual weirdo getting off scot free after sexually mutilating children??

Why no weapons charge? Dual standard of justice?
Google: What knives are illegal in NY?
Some knives are not illegal, but become illegal based upon how they are used or possessed. Possession of a dagger, dirk, stiletto, machete, dangerous knife, or razor by anyone with the intent, which may be inferred by possession, to use it unlawfully against another is not allowed.

This is one reason NYC has such a crime problem...there's no consequence from the crime because the DA's office won't enforce the law.
