The problem here is that you are ignoring a few foundational principals...
1.) Almost all current problems are a result of previous government action. Rather than creating new laws, the solution for the existing problems would be reversing old laws.
2.) Our government no longer represents the people. It represents the industries who pay for the campaigns of those who govern. If you want to find a fix for this, look up “article the first”.
