Yes apparently 80% of it was dismissed by the appellate court in June. This case is going nowhere.

A lot of of it was dismissed today as the judge agreed that the statute of limitations had passed. That itself is damning. Prosecuting a case after the statute of limitations has expired is a clear case of prosecutorial misconduct.
It’s like prosecuting someone for murder when the prosecutor knows the “victim” is alive and well.
