I hope that this is one of those stories where she is found 10 miles away in a field with not a scratch on her and is happy and says that a bear carried her there.
There was a recent story of the child that was found in a shed some miles away from his house when he wandered off down a trail in the woods. Several days later iirc. He ducked into the shed to get out of the rain. I forget why he never left the shed to go to the adjacent house to get help.
