An Oregon school has refused to comment on whether a school bully who was seen pulverizing a smaller girl to the floor of a middle school hallway is transgender.
The incident happened at Hazelbrook Middle School in Tualatin last week, with school spokesperson Traci Rose telling The Oregonian that federal law barred them from discussing a student's gender identity.
Horrific video footage seen millions of times online showed the aggressor - a well-built student in girl's clothes - dragging another smaller female pupil by her backpack in the hallway before pulling her hair and hitting her several times.
The attack was so violent it left the victim in floods of tears, with the girl filmed saying 'I can't breathe' through sobs.
No further information has emerged on what triggered the beating - although the way in which it was filmed suggested it was pre-planned.
The two students names and ages have not been released but the clip has triggered outrage after being shared widely online. Commenters who claim the bully is transgender say it is a horrific example of girls' safety being compromised to kotow to gender ideology. DailyMail.com has not been able to confirm whether the bully is indeed trans.
Tualatin Police Department arrested the alleged attacker who is now facing assault charges and the case has been referred to the Washington County Juvenile Department, according to Oregon Live.
The school was forced to evacuate everyone on Friday after threats of bombs and a school shooting were made following uproar over the attack.
Footage of the attack at Hazelbrook Middle School sparked backlash on social media.
A student in a green hoodie and black trousers is seen violently pulling a smaller girl to the ground by her backpack.

That little fag bass turd needs his sicko azz kicked.
Bomb threat? From who? Same people that planted bombs on Jan 6?
The animal belongs in jail, maybe a mental facility.

False
Bomb

Same here. Some dads need to take that boy to the wood shed.
“Bomb threat? From who? Same people that planted bombs on Jan 6?”
That had to do with the face of the transgender girl. Her face was “a bomb”.
I see what you did there. :)
in today’s political climate the best way for a man to beat up or rape a woman is to identify as a woman himself. Then the tolerant Left will say it’s OK.
Seldom do the “video may be upsetting due to graphic violence” ones bother me. This one did.
I am reverting to my misanthropy. But caring so much about the roughly 1/2% of people who are good, and all children, means I am not 100% against the devolved and disgusting human race.
These acts don’t help.
The best source for American news is British!
Be proud, US journalists, be very proud.
Possibly another student reported it thus? If he or she had said “a tranny is attacking another student,” nothing would have been done.
“ An Oregon school has refused to comment on whether a school bully who was seen pulverizing a smaller girl to the floor of a middle school hallway is transgender.”
In other words: yes.
No no no...the bomb “threat” is a convenient way for the school admins to go into hiding so they DON’T have to confirm or deny that the tranny bully even exists.
And what is this “federal law” are they hiding behind? Is there a federal law that says we can’t discuss tranny crimes now? When did that happen?
I must’ve missed some thing. Which federal law is that?
What you said!
Once this trans punk ends up in prison, and he probably will some day, he’ll run into someone that knows how to apply extreme violence to a point where he’ll get carried away alive but with a memory he’ll never forget.
about 10 years ago, a man I know started an orthodox Catholic school by renting a disused building for $1, the help of some parents, seven students, and some volunteer teachers from a local university.
They now have nearly two hundred students and are a top school in our area.
People need to FLEE the government schools. Its not hard to do.
