Just looks like a typical blood-thinner bruise with no swelling. He could have brushed away a mosquito and given himself that bruise.
This is supposed to keep mosquitoes at bay.

I have no idea whether SloJoe might be taking a blood thinner but there are other meds that will produce spontaneous bruising w/o being called thinners. Predisone comes to mind. Lower dose, not so much, higher dose, yup. Makes one wonder what kind of witchcraft he might be doing?
And he DOES fall down a lot. Maybe he ran into another flag pole?
