Use olive oil in place of margarine of any kind.
Use Real butter if you can afford it, sparingly.
Fake butters are a killer................
Real butter is relatively cheap.
Actually, butter is not as good as ghee.
Ghee will not burn if you cook with it. It is one of the best oils with which to cook.
Do they still make margarine???
We’ve only used real, creamery butter, in our house, since .... forever.
