The problem is IF the Dr and nurse were both there, they will say that she gave her consent. Two against one.
Other than that, I would call a lawyer. The Dr should lose their license.
I always question (in depth) about any potential substance that a doctor/nurse wants to inject/dose me with. Always.
I’ve actually had to stand my ground against two doctors and a half dozen nurses when they wanted to give me some blood but couldn’t show me if the donor had been vaccinated with the COVIDIA VAX or not.
