The Commanding Admiral of the Black Sea Fleet was killed. Col Gen Alexander Romanchuk (commander of Russian troops on the Zaporizhzhia front) is in a “very serious condition” and Lt Gen Oleg Tsekov (his Chief of Staff) is “unconscious”, Lieutenant General Denis Lyamin (Commander of VDV forces in the area) was also wounded in a separate strike..
