For some reason, that number sticks out to me. However, it should go back to 1986(?) when Reagan signed that bill after getting okey-doked by Kennedy.
As for Oct 3 1993, that is the date of Operation Gothic Serpent. Mogadishu, Somalia. While the Somali invasion actually started under Bush1, it went into overdrive with Clinton and continued with Bush2 and Soetero. At least there’s a chance Omar wouldn’t be here. But, I’ve always wondered how she actually got her citizenship given how she got to the US.
