No it doesn't. You said "approved" and it was not approved.

EUA and Approved are nowhere near the same thing. One requires informed consent and the right of refusal and the other does not.

Just admit you made a mistake and move on dot org. Creating false equivilancies to avoid admitting you were wrong is the worst kind of deflection.
