EUA and Approved are nowhere near the same thing. One requires informed consent and the right of refusal and the other does not.

Doesn’t in the grand scheme of things make a difference. It was legally made available for use and distribution. Under the then President’s pressure to get something, anything to the marketplace.

Remember back in Sept 2020 Trump was touting a vax by Nov 1, just prior to the election? And the deep state drug companies were dragging their feet? And of course that was feeding the press that something wasn’t going to be ready and Trump was not nice again being pie in the sky?
