I don’t generally know who is a guru for Russian resources.
I do know where the data is. The World Staistical Report of Energy, now in its 70+ annual printing at BP.
They show an increase in Russian oil production last year. And natgas. No equivalent increase in domestic production so it is going somewhere.
You should also investigate Russia’s LNG conversion facility up near the vast Kara sea reserves. It has been producing and shipping for years now.
Why do people post this stuff when the data is easily found.

This account is VERY STRANGE in that it seems, more than any other, to be a front account for the Administration.
One of the interesting things to note was how the account told us Russia was collapsing 17 months ago when the Ruble lost power, then this account went totally dark on the subject for 12 months*, as the Ruble reached its recent highs, and now this account is virtually repeating the same postings of 17 months ago...and always doing it as if all of the screw-ups of this account never happened.
*in fairness to this account, there was a court order part of the time that deactived the account - the one preventing the Administration from posting propaganda on social media.
