Two teenagers face murder charges for targeting a bicyclist in Las Vegas and capturing on video the moment they drove into the man as he pedaled along the side of a road, authorities said Tuesday.
Las Vegas police said they have tied the teens to at least three hit-and-run incidents on the morning of Aug. 14. They believe the death of 64-year-old Andreas Rene Probst, a former police chief in Bell, California, was the final one.
Video shot from the front passenger seat shows the vehicle approaching Probst from behind while he was riding near the curb on an otherwise traffic-free road. As those in the car laugh, the vehicle steers toward Probst and then rams the bicycle, sending Probst hurtling onto the hood and into the windshield.
A final image from the moving car shows Probst on the ground next to the curb.
Deputy Police Chief Nick Farese called the recording from inside a stolen vehicle appalling and a “cowardly act."
Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson said he has taken a personal interest in the case and vowed to charge both teens as adults. Until then, he said they wouldn't be identified.

I once witnessed a strange and proper jail/prison for these animals. I was traveling in the Yucatan Peninsula. In the heart of the jungle, I saw a large, rectangular building with walls so high they did not bother to put on a roof. What struck me was that the insides looked very similar to the outside, pure jungle. There was one door, that I could see, and a guard tower on each end, on top of the wall.
These thugs that filmed their murderous ways deserve this type of incarnation.

This looks like attempted murder, not just hit and run.

Nice to see those charges, but perhaps our ‘wonderful’ leaders should spent a bit more time dealing with these future animals before they go around killing people. That way, less innocent people dead, and those ‘future animals’ just may never become such.
This doesn't even begin to describe these two little bastards. They lack any sense of humanity.
Government is always looking for sources of revenue. They could put out bids for anyone wishing to pull the trigger on the firing squad, or throw the electric chair switch, or pull the handle for the gallows. Could raise a lot of money that way.
Definitely not a hate crime since it is blacks murdering a white man.

Given the video, what will their defense be? After years of mistreatment, culminating in George Floyd’s death, we snapped. Temporary insanity.
It would have been attempted murder if the guy had lived. He didn’t. Actual murder.
Not sure why everybody’s so sure they’re black since they haven’t released anything because from the footage in the interior of the car the drivers legs and passengers hand surprisingly, looked white or hispanic.
