Are you talking about the so called “election” of Viktor Fedorovich Yanukovych? This Guy was working for the Kremlin.
He demanded the intervention of foreign (Russian) troops to intervene against his OWN Ukrainian people! He was later condemned by the Ukraine courts for high treason.
If you believe Yanukovych was “duly” elected, then there is also a possibility you might naively believe that Joe Biden won the election in a fair and honest way. Right?
The Misk accords was a scam which “officially” sought to end the Donbas war fought between armed Russian separatist groups and Armed Forces of Ukraine, with Russian regular forces playing a central part of it.
In reality though, that scam would have let Russia get away with the territories they had already stolen from Ukraine!

Russia ended the Minsk accords anyway by themselves, when they decided to expand their colonialist aggression even further... by invading the rest of Ukraine and attempting to take Kiev.
