Frozen foods are the WORST for sodium. It’s loaded with the stuff. Be very careful mowing your lawn on hot days. That can raise your bp tremendously and while sweating out sodium isn’t a bad idea remember that your also sweating out other nutrients and minerals.
Hydrate. Hydrate. Hydrate.

Oh yes my mowing in Florida summers ends before 10 am or begins after 7 pm. Even then I sweat like a trooper. The Ryobi battery powered mower is lighter and much quieter than my old gas powered mowers. I will never go back.
