Guess she saw that her re-election campaign wouldn’t go well. I admire her politics, but she’s created a mess she might not recover from.
This was a 100%, self-inflicted, unforced error for her.
Her redistricted boundaries look like a voter population of D+2. I do not believe she can be reelected, no matter what she does. Nor can any other Republican candidate in that new district. She might as well go out with a "BFYTW".
I’m beginning to wonder if her politics are just an act and something she’s cynically using. People who sincerely possess ‘strong family values’ don’t behave this way.
Gosh, simply average, mature people worthy of important responsibility don’t behave this way.
