What you're doing is trolling and corrupting Free Republic's stated mission to support your cause which is the illegal Russian invasion of Ukraine.

In fact, your ability to claim association with the "stated mission of this website" is 100% dependent on definitions of words like "imminent threat".
Only Vlad the Invader has made "imminent threats" to use nuclear weapons and invade other countries.

But more to the point, the "imminent threat" in Ukraine is the same as it was during the 1930s in:

1. The Rhineland in 1936 (like Chechnya)

2. Austria in 1938 (like Georgia)

3. Czechoslovakia in 1938 & 1939 (like Ukraine).

The failures of France, Britain and the USA to recognize the "imminent threats" in those countries resulted directly in encouraging the madman dictator to continue his revanchist invasions until only a World War with tens of millions killed could stop him.

The "imminent threat" in Ukraine is also a threat against other countries bordering Russia and other brutal dictatorships like the CCP, on whom world peace and prosperity as Americans know it depends.
