Well... first of all, there's no "civil war" and peace is impossible so long as Vlad the Invader's orcs & trolls are illegally assaulting, murdering and destroying in Ukraine.
As of today, peace is not an option.
Second, the constitutionally elected government in Ukraine is vastly less criminal, crooked & corrupt than the Russian dictatorship masquerading as "democratic" under Vlad the Invader.
